Olymp Hotel - Bansko

The hotel had really friendly staff and offered clean and comfortable rooms. It was located in a key area, not too far from the center of town, which allowed for a nice little walk. the spa facilities were clean and relaxing with a tasty breakfast included.

Some staff were not very friendly during our stay. we were told that certain amenities were free, but were later charged.

The benevolent personnel, cosy enough, pure. Nearby good supermarket. Justifies a parity of the price/quality.

Far to the centre on foot, only by the car.

The food here is great, making it a decent place for a weekend getaway.

Set not far from ice rink. We greatly enjoyed olymp. Perfect for city break.

very clean and cosy rooms, lovely and warm, as it was minus 12 ouside, ok breakfast and a really nice lobby, restaurant and bar area, very quiet when I was there, which was nice. gym and sauna a bonus .

no view from the back room I had, and all the guests seeemed to be in rooms next to and around mine, in a hotel with about 20% occupancy , could hear a lot of noise in the corridor and ouside rooms. suggest space guests out a bit, for more peace.

It feels like new build. Room spaces are enourmous. Heating is excelent. It's 10 min on foot from city center. Parking is infront of the hotel. It is with few words value for money.

Breakfast is not something special. This maybe cause at the period we stayed were only 4 people. Personel hard to communicate cause their english are not even adequate.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and great restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy. The spa facilities are well-maintained and offer a variety of amenities. The hotel also offers a minibus service to the ski slopes.

The room was not clean. And the bathroom did not have a curtain

The sauna wasnt working, staff had no ideea of what english is, no way you can communicate with them, far from the skilift

My friends and I had a great time at a hotel situated near the bus station in Bansko. the location was convenient, and we could easily reach the gondola. the room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast that had many options to choose from. the hotel had plenty of facilities, including a cozy lounge to relax and unwind.

Despite our pleasant stay, the hotel lacked air conditioning, leaving us warm on hot days.

the first thing we liked were the friendly staff. They were very welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent service during our entire stay. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well, maintained everything was. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location; it's close to the town centre, which made it easy for us to explore the area and discover great local restaurants. that, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby attractions, making it easier for travellers to get around.

There were a few downside factors, however. For instance, the payment method was cash, only, which caused some trouble as we were not informed in advance.

We loved the central location of the hotel, close to the beautiful town center and convenient shops for exchanging money and buying a sim card. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, with good timing for both, as well as the cozy spa and outdoor pool. The daily shuttle to the ski gondola and parking in front of the hotel were convenient for our mountain activities.
